Measuring guide

- Record the chest over the coat and check the neck and underarm areas for compressed or trapped curls.
- The Bernese sweater PDF is not a verified Bernedoodle pattern. Check any pattern’s actual size range and fit instructions before purchasing.
- Measure your Bernedoodle while standing comfortably. Measure the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
- Measure along the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Keep the tape snug without pulling it tight.
- Use the actual pattern’s gauge, ease and finished measurements. Check that the garment allows comfortable movement.
