Measuring guide

1. Measure your Cane Corso’s chest and neck separately rather than assuming a large chest size also determines the collar fit.
2. Compare the pattern’s maximum finished chest measurement with your result; a calculator size label does not guarantee the pattern covers it.
3. Check the shoulder area while the dog walks and sits, and adjust the pattern if the front panel pulls.
4. Measure your Cane Corso while standing comfortably. Measure the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
5. Measure along the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Keep the tape snug without pulling it tight.
6. Use the actual pattern’s gauge, ease and finished measurements. Check that the garment allows comfortable movement.
